This dual-purpose adhesive is the perfect complement to Falscara lash clusters. The Bond preps and primes lashes with biotin, while the Seal locks wisps in place and removes residue with vitamin E. Designed for under-lash application, it provides secure hold for up to 14 days and works with reusable, water-resistant clusters.
